Terms and conditions:
- Participation is final if the fee has been paid on time.
- Cancellation of the trip from 1 months prior to departure, 50% of the fee is payable.
- If cancelled up to 2 weeks prior to departure, 100% of the fare to be paid.
- We strongly recommend that you check your insurance policies for cancellation and medical costs in the US.
To visit the United States you have to complete your ESTA application at least 72 hours in advance! See https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov/esta/ Participants will have to apply for ESTA themselves, but the organisers will provide the necessary information.
